Worktables, complimentary Wi-Fi and light refreshments will be available. NAB Show New York staff will also be on site to assist you.

Connect with Wi-Fi, available throughout the Javits Center.

Refreshments

Limited snacks and beverages will be available.

Speaker Badge Access and Pickup

Speaker credentials will be available for pickup at the Speaker Ready Room. If you have not already received your badge at the main registration desk, please stop by the Speaker Ready Room before your session to collect it and check in with our speaker care team.

To help keep your gear safe, we recommend taking your valuables with you when you step away from the Speaker Ready Room. NAB Show New York is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of your property.
