Your Speaker Portal (Session Board) is the central hub for all required updates and event details. Log in now to:
- Submit your speaker release/consent form*
- Verify your email to activate your complimentary registration pass
- Upload or refresh your headshot, bio and job details
- Review your session date and time
- Access instructions for submitting slides
- Explore key event details
Speaker Expectations
As a confirmed speaker, you are kindly expected to comply with the following:
- Provide unique, dynamic and engaging content for your session.
- Ensure your presentation reflects the session description and is agreed upon with NAB and/or NAB’s partner producers.
- Promote your presence and session on your social media, company newsletters, blogs, podcasts, etc.
- Meet all deadlines.
- Stay within your allocated presentation time slot. It is critical to stay on schedule so attendees may move between sessions as needed.
- Obtain and share all permissions to use any copyrighted materials
- Adhere to all NAB Show policies.
- Allocate time for at least one conference call with your session moderator and/or fellow session speakers.
- Encourage audience participation, especially during Q-and-A, if built into your session.
- When addressing questions from the floor, repeat the question so the entire audience hears it before your answer.
- Immediately inform NAB if you need to cancel and provide replacement recommendations. Replacement speakers will be vetted if one is not already on the waiting list for that topic.
- In the Session Board portal, ensure your contact information, high-resolution headshot and bios are accurate and up to date for marketing purposes.
