Need a Room?
Complete our News Briefing Room Request Form to help ensure journalists covering NAB Show are aware of your press event! Your listing will be posted in the on-site Press Room, online in the News Briefing Schedule and included in press advisories. Private spaces for one-on-one interviews are also available in the Newsroom and scheduled through our intake form. There is no fee to list your event.
A Complimentary Service for Exhibitors

A fully equipped Press Briefing Room is available to exhibitors as a complimentary service. Conveniently located next to the Newsroom (N245/N247), the Press Briefing Room is located in N249, on the upper level of North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Press Conference Room Details
45 Minutes
Rooms are reserved for 45 minutes at the top of each hour. Start times are from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
April 18-21
Rooms are available from Saturday, April 18 – Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
Order Received
Reservations are offered on a first-come, first serve basis. Don’t wait!

All events are posted in the Newsroom, listed online and included in press advisories.
