Her expertise spans M&A, organizational readiness, and commercial transformation.

As CEO of NYIAX, she expanded the portfolio with the acquisition of Collective Audience and subsequently led the company to its merger with Datavault AI — uniting NYIAX patented marketplaces, financial services, and digital asset infrastructure. Before that, she founded a boutique advisory and became a trusted commercial advisor to CEOs building new digital platforms.

Teri has helped shape each stage of digital media’s evolution. At IPG, she launched Cadreon, the company’s first programmatic agency, and went on to serve as Global General Manager of Kinesso Marketplace and Global Chief Digital Officer at Orion Worldwide. Earlier leadership roles at AOL and OpenX gave her command of every side of the market: the companies that buy, sell, and power digital media.
