Lydia Smyers is Vice President of the Customer and Partner Solutions for U.S. Telco, Media and Gaming at Microsoft. She leads a powerhouse team of over 400 Microsoft professionals, including account executives, technology strategists, and sales directors, all dedicated to delivering exceptional service to the top 200 enterprises in the Telco, Media, Gaming for the U.S. Region. Over the last decade at Microsoft, she held various roles, including Vice President of Americas Northeast and Vice President of U.S. Education. Before joining Microsoft, Lydia held senior roles at Oracle, Red Hat, and Ernst & Young. She holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Trinity College-Hartford.
