Alec Bickerstaff is VP of Platforms, Emerging Technology, and Transformation at Propeller, Omnicom Health’s frontier technology transformation agency. He serves as the organization’s senior voice on enterprise AI. Alec has architected and delivered production AI platforms, content and context intelligence systems, and content supply chain infrastructure for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical organizations, translating complex data and AI capabilities into commercial outcomes that brand and commercial teams can act on.

Alec also sits Omnicom Health’s advisory board for innovation and technology and is responsible for the agency’s ecosystem relationships across technology partners, AI model providers, and startup and incubator networks.

His work has been recognized across the industry, including two Clio Health Golds and a Cannes Silver Lion. He joined Propeller three years ago and has previously held positions at WPP, IPG Health, and Stagwell.
