
Nic Dugger is a 15-time Emmy Award-winning television producer and founder of TNDV: Television, a premier provider of mobile production facilities. A Jackson, Tennessee native, Nic began his career at 12 and honed his craft at Middle Tennessee State University, where he earned two Student Emmy nominations.
His work with the JASON Project led to a staff producer role at National Geographic, where he contributed to groundbreaking live broadcasts from active volcanoes, the Peruvian rainforest, and beneath the ocean. In 2004, he founded TNDV, which has grown into a fleet of 33 HD and 4K mobile units serving major networks like PBS, CMT, NBC, and ABC. Nic personally oversees multiple yearly television specials like NBC’s “Christmas at Graceland” and “Ringo Starr & Friends at the Ryman” for CBS.
Recognized as Nashville’s Overall Small Business of the Year and a “40 Under 40” honoree, Nic is also an MTSU Distinguished Alumnus, a Television Academy Rising Star Award recipient, and a board member of Leadership Music and The Nashville Filmmakers Guild. In addition to a very full freelance schedule, he currently serves as Executive Director of the Midsouth Regional Emmy Awards.
