As Head of Marketing, Brand & Partnerships at Motion Impossible, she sits at the centre of a company redefining how cameras move — and, increasingly, how they work together. Best known for its Emmy Award-winning AGITO system, Motion Impossible has become a staple of high-end live production, from global touring and broadcast to film and immersive experiences.
Today, her focus extends beyond individual products to a broader shift in the industry: as productions become more complex, multi-camera and time-sensitive, the challenge is no longer just capturing movement — but coordinating it. Chelsea plays a key role in shaping how Motion Impossible positions itself within this evolving landscape, building strategic partnerships and narratives that reflect a more connected, system-level approach to camera robotics.
Her role spans far beyond traditional marketing: shaping product narrative, building strategic partnerships across the broadcast and live production ecosystem, and positioning Motion Impossible within a rapidly evolving robotics landscape where the real challenge is no longer capability — but coordination.
Before joining Motion Impossible, Chelsea was Editor of Definition Magazine, where she interviewed leading cinematographers, directors and producers, uncovering the technical and creative decisions behind some of the industry’s most ambitious productions. She also held roles at Spotify and B2B tech agency Red Lorry Yellow Lorry, developing a foundation in storytelling that bridges both cultural and commercial worlds.
