Jamie is a speaker, author, advisor, and culture scientist. His career spans 30 years, with more than a decade of research and practice in culture change, as well as deep expertise in organizational change, conflict resolution, and generations.

He is on a mission to create a world where everyone loves work, and he has co-authored four books — including the award-winning Non-Obvious Guide to Employee Engagement and his 2024 release, Culture Change Made Easy. He also holds a Master’s in Conflict Resolution from George Mason and a certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown, where he served as adjunct faculty.
