
Jesse Janosky is a 2110 engineering and educator with more than two decades of experience designing, architecting, and deploying advanced broadcast and production systems across live venues, control rooms, and remote production environments. With a foundation in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State University and a broad range of industry certifications spanning cloud infrastructure, networking, fiber optics, and media systems, he brings a deep technical perspective to modern broadcast transformation. His expertise centers on IP-based media workflows, AWS-integrated architectures, and large-scale live event infrastructure, guiding organizations through the transition from SDI to IP with a focus on performance and long-term scalability.
As an instructor in SMPTE ST 2110, Jesse specializes in teaching the architectural principles and practical implementation of real-time media over managed IP networks. Combining hands-on deployment experience with standards-based instruction, he equips engineers and technical leaders with both conceptual understanding and applied methodologies, enabling them to confidently design, commission, and operate standards-compliant ST 2110 infrastructures in mission-critical production environments.
