Prior to her work with MrBeast, Toni spent nearly a decade at Fremantle Media, where she was the Executive In Charge of Production for “Let’s Make A Deal” on CBS (Seasons 7–15). She led daily operations for a 140-member crew, served as the primary liaison between talent and the network, and drove budgetary innovation—consistently delivering high-quality episodes with optimized cost structures.

In addition to her tenure at Fremantle, Toni also led production for several high-profile MGM projects including NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice” and EPIX’s “The Contender.” Her role on these series, along with multiple other unscripted programs, further demonstrated her ability to deliver compelling, large-scale content across varied formats and platforms.
