Veronica Pineda is a Manager at Deluxe, leading end-to-end projects for major studio and streaming partners across localization, mastering, and global distribution. She specializes in OTT delivery, file formats, and driving projects that support accessibility, compliance, and global audience reach at scale.

She is actively involved in industry standards and community leadership through SMPTE, serving as Co-Chair within the IMF standards TC (35PM IMF) and supporting the next generation of media technologists and young innovators. Veronica also serves on the Women in Post Advisory Council through HPA, advocating for greater representation and inclusion across media. In 2026, she serves as Program Chair for the SMPTE Media Technology Summit Career Development Series and as a Panel Chair at NAB, bringing together perspectives across localization, accessibility, and broadcast innovation.

A RISE Panel+ speaker and emerging technologist, Veronica is passionate about mentorship and expanding pathways into media technology. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and brings a human-centered lens to evolving media workflows-bridging technology, accessibility, and the people behind the process.
