Mr. Green is a lead engineer in the Cyber-Physical Systems Security section at Southwest Research Institute (SwRI), specializing in cybersecurity evaluations, secure architecture development, and hardware reverse engineering. He manages projects for both defense and commercial clients, including CRASH (Cybersecurity for Robotics and Automated Systems Hardware), a program focused on securing embedded networks in U.S. Army ground vehicles. Mr. Green has also led operational cybersecurity assessments for critical infrastructure, such as mixed-use shipping terminals and municipal utilities.

With over three decades of experience, Mr. Green previously worked at the National Security Agency (NSA) in roles spanning SIGINT forensics, intelligence oversight, and cryptology education. At SwRI, he has contributed to research on automotive cybersecurity frameworks, embedded systems security, and cybersecurity wargames for government agencies. A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), he holds additional credentials in penetration testing, incident handling, and industrial cybersecurity, among others.
