Nick Radziul is executive vice president and Group Head of Hearst Television. In his current role, Radziul has operational oversight of a portion of the company's portfolio of stations in Kansas City, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, Jackson, MS, Ft. Smith, AR and Birmingham, AL. In addition, he supervises the company's government affairs and its distribution relationships. Prior to serving as a Group Head, Radziul was senior vice president of distribution and government affairs for Hearst Television, overseeing the company's strategic partnerships with major television networks as well as traditional and digital video distribution platforms. Since 2019, he has also represented Hearst Television in Washington, D.C on legislative and regulatory matters impacting the broadcast industry.

In addition to his roles at Hearst Television, Radziul has served on the National Association of Broadcasters Joint Board of Directors since 2021 and in 2025 was named chairman of the Television Board of Directors. He currently serves as the chairman of the ABC Television Affiliates Association Board of Governors.
