Michael Calvin Jones currently serves as Senior Vice President, Creators at Wasserman and leads Wasserman’s Creators and Digital Talent division within the company’s global talent representation practice. Michael's broader team represents some of the most prolific digital creators across all verticals. Throughout Michael's 10-year career, he has sat at the epicenter of the creator economy and is a thought leader in the merging passions of sports, entertainment, music and lifestyle.

Michael co-founded J1S in 2019 alongside his wife Hannah Haarala Jones, which was later acquired by Wasserman in the fourth quarter of 2023. Michael’s background in sports, entertainment and talent marketing provide him a unique perspective on the rapidly growing creator economy.

Michael studied Business at the University of Southern Mississippi, where he was a wide receiver on the Golden Eagles football team. Additionally, he is actively involved in numerous philanthropic efforts across animal cruelty, human trafficking and Amblyopia research. Michael and his wife, Hannah, reside in Dallas with their two sons, Sage and Silas.
