These onsite services are available to ensure that you have the best experience possible. Sign language interpreters, large print materials and special maps are available for Attendees with special needs.
ADA Shuttle Transportation
Complimentary ADA-accessible shuttle bus service will be available. To request ADA-accessible shuttle service pre-show, onsite and/or post-show, please contact Transportation Management Services at (866) 439-8563.

ADA Sign Language Interpreters
NAB Show provides superior sign language services through ASL Communication. Any attendees wishing to use these services may visit www.aslcomm.com. To request services, please email firstname.lastname@example.org three weeks prior to the event.
ADA Wheel Chairs
Manual and motorized chairs are available for a per day fee through Scootaround Inc., the exclusive provider of scooter rentals in the LVCC. To reserve your wheelchair now, please call Scootaround at (888) 441-7575. Scootaround is also located in the Grand Lobby (between Central and North Halls) of the LVCC next to the FedEx Office.
American Express Open® Business Lounge
American Express OPEN®, the Official Small Business Card of the Las Vegas Convention Center, has launched the American Express OPEN® Business Lounge near the main entrance to the LVCC. The Lounge offers our Small Business Card members and new applicants a quiet oasis to recharge and do business with amenities including comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, laptops, printers, coffee, tea and light snacks.

Coat check locations are provided for your convenience at the Business Centers/FedEx Office. A $3.00 service fee applies per checked item.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
North Lobby and South Hall Bridge
Dial 892-7400 on any house phone. For Westgate dial 732-5414 on any house phone. A nurse or paramedic will be on duty at each first aid station.
International Trade Center
North Hall, Next to Registration
A destination for international Attendees, this Center offers translation services, complimentary meeting rooms, WiFi access and daily refreshments.
Lost and Found
Check in with LVCC Security. Call (702) 892-7400 or 7400 from any house phone.
NAB Member Lounge
Open Sunday – Wednesday. Come relax and learn more about members-only benefits and how NAB is advocating for you in the Nation's Capitol. Complimentary WiFi and meeting rooms.
Free in all Lobby Areas
In addition to the lobbies, NAB Show is pleased to provide complimentary wireless Internet access in the variety of lounges on the Show Floor. WiFi access is available throughout the entire LVCC via Cox at a rate of $12.95/day.
Information & Transportation Services
North, Central and South Hall Lobbies
Check in for your flight at the LVCC airline check-in kiosks. Participating airlines include: American Airlines, Delta, Jet Blue, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, US Airways, Virgin Atlantic and West Jet. Bag check is not available with this service.
Available Wednesday – Thursday, 7 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Airport Shuttle Service
Complimentary Airport Shuttle Service to McCarran International Airport runs every 30 minutes from the LVCC Concourse starting on Wednesday, April 20th.

Central, North and South Hall Lobbies
If you have any questions, one of our many staff members will be happy to assist you at any of these counters. Lanyards and the official NAB Show Guide will be distributed at these centers.
NAB Show Store
Located in the Central and South Lower Lobbies, the NAB Show Store features a variety of novel and informative merchandise including custom designed T-shirts, mugs, caps and many other items exclusively available during the Show only. Additionally, the Store has over 750 different titles covering a wide range of subjects. Featured authors will be available for Book Signings.
