Tom Weiss is the Chief Technology Officer at Run3TV, the ATSC 3.0 application platform that enables “Smart Broadcasting” for the next generation of broadcast television. With over 30 years of experience in data and technology, Tom has played a pitvotal roles in industry-changing innovations, including productizing Automatic Content Recognition (ACR) data at Inscape and launching GfK’s set-top-box measurement business. He recently authored a report for CIMM exploring the transformative potential of AI in media measurement and is an investor in MX8 Labs, the AI-driven consumer research platform. He holds an MA in Physics from Oxford University and lives in what he believes to be the food capital of the world with his wife, four children, six guitars, and a double bass.
