Timothy Bagnall

Principal Analyst at Mosaic ATM

Mr. Timothy Bagnall is a Principal Analyst at Mosaic ATM with over 20 years of experience leading enterprise-level technical efforts for NASA, the FAA, and the DoD. Mr. Bagnall has become a leader in the practice of systems engineering, industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, software design and management, data science, operations research, queuing theory, human factors engineering (HFE), and modeling and simulation.

Mr. Bagnall currently supports NASA on two state-of-the-art projects. The first is NASA’s Air Mobility Pathfinders (AMP) project where NASA is researching how to safely integrate electric air taxis into the national airspace to help revolutionize air transportation. Mr. Bagnall provides NASA with systems engineering services and subject matter expertise in flight test research, data management, and data science. In the second project, Mr. Bagnall serves as the principal investigator for the NextGen Incident Response Communication System (NIRCS), a six-month NASA Phase I Small Business Innovation Research effort. NIRCS is investigating the potential of using ATSC 3.0 datacasting to serve as a long-range communication system during emergency responses.
