Simon Patenaude brings decades of technical expertise to CBC/Radio-Canada. Simon, with 25 years in television broadcasting, has transitioned from operational to engineering positions. His focus has been with control room, OB truck builds and national deployments of centralized broadcast systems. He currently leads the implementation of the EBU's DMF reference architecture through the Universal Production Platform (UPP). Simon represents a wealth of experience in driving innovation and managing complex technical projects in broadcast media.
