Nemecia Kaloper is a Senior Partner Manager of Amazon Ads. She is a tenured Amazon of
twelve years and two decades spanning across advertising, business development and start up
leadership. She originally started at Clear Channel Communications in SMB advertising mainly
focused on broadcast selling and since then has helped build three start up teams at Amazon to
include: AmazonLocal, Alexa Skills and the Channel Division of Alexa devices.
Nemecia has played an integral role in helping build the Amazon Ads Local team as a founding
member in 2020, and has since helped build one of the most successful channels of business
within the organization. Her expertise in the advertising space spans across broadcast, digital
audio, AI and streaming television and she’s a proven leader and hyper growth start ups both in
and out of Amazon.
