Melissa is an innovative broadcast professional with extensive experience in sales management and business development for Broadcast and Digital Media Advertising. Her vast media experience includes: TV, Radio, Digital, Social Media and Sports Marketing (for the SF 49’ers and then Oakland Raiders, Oakland A’s and SF Giants). Melissa joined Wine Country Radio as General Manager as of July 2021. Prior to this, Melissa was VP of Sales for San Francisco’s Cumulus Media responsible for iconic stations KGO-AM and KSFO-AM.

She is proactive with refined business acumen and exemplary people skills. Melissa facilitates a team approach to achieve organizational objectives, increase productivity and enhance employee morale. She has a proven track record integrating the latest digital and social media technologies with traditional broadcast media to develop new areas of revenue.

Well known for her philanthropy, she is recognized throughout the Bay Area for her participation in organizations as the Northern California Food Industries Council, supporting City of Hope, Rotary International, Sonoma/Marin Women in Business, Women in Sports and Events (WISE), as well as being an active contributor to the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle campaign and the Alliance for Smiles. She was the recipient of the “Spirit of Philanthropy” award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Galliani holds a BA degree from San Francisco State University and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Dominican University.
