Leslie Morgan is the Owner of Every Problem Solved, a consultancy for digital first businesses focused on content strategy, format development, operations and strategic partnerships for creators, agencies and technology companies.
She is a frequent contributor for such publications as Ad Age, and Digiday. Past clients include Hank and John Green’s Complexly as Acting Interim COO where she helped with a re-organization of the company, developed company-wide processes, secured a long term paid partnership with TikTok, and secured the PBS digital studios Zoology series. She was acting GM for Spy Ninja Network, doubling the size of their team and working with them across their 6 YouTube channels. Other clients include The Chosen, Lightricks (Facetune and Videoleap), media research company Latitude, campus marketing agency IQ along with several high- profile celebrity and online creators.
In 2024, Morgan worked for Hidden Pigeon the joint venture between prolific NY Times best selling children’s author Mo Willems, Stampede Ventures backed by RedBird Capital where she headed up digital strategy growing their digital channels including 70 hours of programming for YouTube hitting 150,000 subscribers and 8.5 million monthly views in less than one year. She also was the Content Track Producer for the 1 Billion Follower Summit in Dubai UAE where she curated and produced the content track for this 3 day event with over 15,000 attendees.
