With over 15 years of experience in entertainment, media, and live events, she specializes in creating immersive brand activations, forging high-impact partnerships, and developing strategic growth opportunities that connect brands with audiences in transformative ways.
As a member of the International Advisory Committee for HUB Montréal, Austin collaborates with global leaders in media, technology, and entertainment to shape the future of experiential storytelling. Previously, she was instrumental in developing brand integrations and sponsorships at AREA15, helping global brands design interactive experiences across physical and digital spaces.
Her career spans leadership roles in business development, marketing, and production at companies like ESPN, Lyft, and TAO Group, along with contributions to major projects for ABC, Dick Clark Productions, Insomniac Events, HBO, Amazon, Google, and Caesars Entertainment. Today, she advises brands, agencies, and IP holders on leveraging partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential activationsto deepen audience engagement and drive business impact.
Austin holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and film/video from Grand Valley State University and continues to push the boundaries of brand storytelling at the intersection of media, entertainment, and emerging technology.
