Jerry He is a seasoned expert in video technologies and currently leads the Video Cloud team at Alibaba Cloud, the top-ranked provider in China’s video cloud market. He oversees both the development and product teams responsible for a full suite of video services, including live streaming, video-on-demand (VOD), media processing, real-time communication (RTC) and video AI.

Prior to joining Alibaba, Jerry worked at Microsoft and Facebook. At Microsoft, he was responsible for the R&D of Microsoft Azure Media Services, and at Facebook, he contributed to the development of Facebook Messenger and live streaming engines.
