Henry Cohen is Director of Spectrum Affairs at CP Communications, responsible for FCC licensing and regulatory compliance, frequency coordination of high power and >1GHz deployments and is senior RF engineer, designer and consultant. He's worked in professional audio and broadcast for nearly 45 years, with LMR and radio systems in general for over fifty. For the past 20 years he's been extensively involved with spectrum regulatory and licensing matters before FCC on behalf of the pro audio and broadcast industry including the 700 & 600 MHz auctions.
