Gesiléa Fonseca Teles is a lawyer who joined the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) in 2005. She holds the position of Superintendent of Inspection. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Advanced Studies in Digital Communications and Technological Innovations (CedaI) of Anatel, a member of the National Council for Combating Piracy and Crimes against Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, and a member of the Telecommunications Infrastructure Committee of Anatel. Throughout her 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, she has advised members of the Board of Directors and the Interconnection Arbitration Commission. She has also been the coordinator of conduct adjustment terms and the interconnection and numbering manager. She holds a law degree from the University Center of Brasília (Uniceub) and a specialization in Telecommunications Regulation from the University of Brasília (UnB).
