He has held leadership positions in newspaper companies (Dow Jones Local Media, Lee Enterprises) technology vendors and start-up companies, delivering innovative solutions and generating revenue growth.

Dratelis is currently the director of partnerships in North America for Jobiqo (Jobiqo.com) and TheJobNetwork and is proud to represent this leading provider of end-to-end award winning recruitment advertising technology solutions. His mission is to leverage his extensive knowledge and network in the online media and technology space to create value for clients, partners and stakeholders.

He resides outside of Boston, Massachusetts with his wife and son.
