Francisca is a Principal within Deloitte Consulting LLP, providing Strategy services to Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Sports, and Platform clients. For more than 18 years, she has been shaping the growth strategy agenda of senior client executives and helping them make strategic choices that maximize business value in the context of evolution of customer needs and disruption. Francisca has also led multiple strategy-driven, enterprise-wide transformations that resulted in material value creation for clients. Based on this experience, she has developed deep knowledge across all industry ecosystem dimensions.
Francisca is the LCSP for S&P Global. She previously served as the LCP for Peloton Interactive, Pinterest, Advance Publications/Condé Nast, Meredith Publications, S&P Global, Thomson Reuters, and US Soccer Federation, among others.
Currently, Francisca serves the market, our clients, and our people as the Telecom, Media and Entertainment (“TME”) sector leader for Deloitte Consulting LLP. In her current role, she is responsible for driving profitable growth in our portfolio of clients that connect, inform, and entertain our world, managing sector operations and elevating TME’s signature talent experience and culture. As an advocate for client and market centricity, Francisca focuses on building deep, collective sector expertise, including evolution of audiences and advertisers needs, emerging TME business models, and disruptive trends.
As the first ever recipient of the Angel Hollis Vaccaro Award, Francisca has been known for her ability to elevate and inspire others to reach their potential and achieve their goals, and for the passion she has for the TME sector and its clients.
Before joining Deloitte Consulting, Francisca worked at The Walt Disney Company for six years in the consumer products division.
