Emma Sweet is the Global Product Activation Manager for Podcasts at YouTube, where she brings podcast products to life by leading go-to-market and the business and operational strategy. Emma also produces Google’s “Talks at Google” podcast, where thinkers, creators, makers and doers share their passions and expertise. She started her career at BlackRock, where she created and produced BlackRock's first podcast, The Bid, leading the series to over 1M downloads.

Emma lives in New York City, where in her spare time, she runs a food blog on Instagram. She’s also learning ASL and audio engineering.
