Growing up in the radio industry, Elizabeth Plascencia has a deep understanding of media operations and community engagement. As the Director of Operations at Lazer Media, she oversees programming, promotions, sales support, and digital initiatives across multiple markets, ensuring the seamless execution of station strategies and audience engagement. She works closely with all departments to foster meaningful connections between listeners, advertisers, and the communities they serve.

Beyond her operational role, Elizabeth is committed to strengthening Lazer Media’s ties to the communities it reaches. She plays a key role in organizing large-scale events, including cultural festivals, the Children’s Miracle Network, and Navidad de los Niños—initiatives that bring people together while supporting local businesses and charitable causes.

A firm believer in the power of experiences, Elizabeth enjoys traveling and immersing herself in different cultures, though with two young kids, those adventures look a little different these days. She also dedicates her time to the Rebozo Festival, a nonprofit organization that provides grants to support women’s and children’s programs. When she’s not working, she loves discovering new restaurants and spending time with her family and friends.
