Darren Long is an accomplished media and technology leader with over 30 years in the global broadcasting industry. Currently, as Programme Director at ITV, Darren leads the Content Supply Simplification programme, transforming ITV's processes and systems from planning to distribution.

Previously, Darren led significant integration projects at Warner Bros. Discovery, merging BT Sport and Eurosport. At Sky, he held senior roles, including Director of Sky Sports Operations, innovating operations across Sky Sports News and programming, and Director of Sky Production Services, overseeing the creation of Sky Studios—the UK's first sustainable broadcast facility.

Darren's notable achievements include the UK's first HD broadcast, pioneering live 3D sports coverage, and introducing advanced interactive TV technologies. He is also a Trustee for the British Forces Broadcasting Service (BFBS), supporting content delivery to the British Armed Forces worldwide.
