Cyle Zezo is the Founder of Reality of Change, an organization dedicated to advancing sustainability in unscripted entertainment on set and screen. In 2023, he created the ABCs of Climate Storytelling, now a widely used sustainability narrative framework, and in 2024 he collaborated with 30 major production companies and studios to develop a sustainability pledge and roadmap for the unscripted sector. In 2025, Realscreen named him to its Factual Under 40 for his leadership in advancing sustainability in the unscripted industry. Zezo has executive produced series Penn & Teller: Fool Us, Mysteries Decoded, and Recipe for Disaster, and previously served as Head of Alternative Programming at The CW Network.
