Christina Lee Storm is an award-winning producer and senior entertainment executive recognized for her pioneering work at the intersection of storytelling and cutting-edge technologies spanning film, television, animation, documentaries, virtual reality, augmented reality, and XR.
As Co-Founder of PLAYBOOK PLBK and Founder/CEO of ASHER XR, she leads her companies to strategically, creatively, and ethically integrate emerging technologies like real-time, virtual production, and AI into traditional, digital, and multi-platform storytelling.
As former Director of Virtual Production UCAN at Netflix, Christina fostered innovation in content creation and creativity for the studio’s IP and franchises across Netflix’s series, films, live, unscripted, experiences, ads, and ancillary content. Christina was also responsible for strategically building and overseeing virtual production ecosystems, spaces, and stages around the world and collaborated with filmmakers and industry partners to drive growth and innovation adoption.
While at DreamWorks Animation, Christina was Vice President of Business Operations, Strategy, & Emerging Technology, where she championed the future of real-time content creation and workflows.
Beyond her work in emerging media, Christina is passionate about thought-provoking films having produced“ Solitary” starring David Oyelowo with BRON Studios, as well as documentaries “Life After Pi,” and “Jurassic Punk,” among many titles. Her collaborations span the globe, contributing to acclaimed productions like “The Artist” and “Life of Pi.”
Christina serves as the Governor of the Television Academy’s Emerging Media Programming peer group, Co-Chair of the Academy’s Advocacy Committee, and an active member of the Academy’s AI Task Force.
