Previously, Caley-Rae was Head of Talent at Komi, a platform providing creators with digital tools to grow their business, elevate their fandom, and enhance their profile through content, commerce, and community products. She is also the Co-Founder of Crès Beauty, an incubator empowering creators to share their identity through the creation of beauty products. Through Crès, she developed Radiate by Amanda, influencer and sister Amanda Pavillard’s brand, which was featured in Glossy as an influencer brand to know in 2023.
