Andrew Montanez is the longest-tenured employee at Pluto TV and played a key role in its launch. As one of the company’s first curators, he helped define its content strategy before transitioning into product management, where he now leads VOD efforts, focusing on content discovery, personalization, and user engagement. A foundational stakeholder in Pluto TV’s CMS, Andrew helped build the platform’s content infrastructure and played a key role in developing the Pluto TV VR experience on Oculus. He also spearheaded the VOD redesign, enhancing On-Demand personalization and introducing End Cards with Personalized Recommendations. Additionally, he helps drive Pluto TV’s global combat sports programming strategy. His work continues to shape the future of Pluto TV and the FAST streaming industry.
