Amanda Barnes is the Executive Vice President of Production at Smosh, the American media production powerhouse with a twenty year legacy still defining (and redefining) comedy in the digital age. With a diverse background in the traditional media space, Barnes has utilized her unique skill set to streamline processes and make lofty creative goals across multiple formats achievable at Smosh. A few recent notable achievements include the triumphant return of “Smosh Summer Games,” a FAST Channel partnership with Samsung TV Plus, and a sold-out run of “Smosh Reads Reddit Stories Live!” at the famed Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montréal.

Prior to joining Smosh, Amanda worked across Creative and Production (often bridging the two) on projects across formats for Hulu, Warner Bros. Animation, Sony Pictures Television, Max, Snapchat, Epic Games, Disney, Point Grey and Lionsgate. She is thrilled and honored to bring her eclectic expertise in problem solving to Smosh every day to support the mission of comedy rooted in friendship.

Amanda is originally from Rockwall, Texas, and now calls Los Angeles home.
