With over 20 years of industry experience, Alana Litavis is a marketing powerhouse renowned
for her expertise in brand identity, creative direction, and strategic partnerships across the
hospitality, casino, and nightlife sectors. She joined Virgin Hotels Las Vegas in 2023, leading the
brand marketing division and overseeing the development and implementation of the resort’s
advertising, digital, social media, creative, and public relations strategies.
Litavis has spearheaded the marketing communications for Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, driving the
property’s efforts to create a cohesive guest experience through internal operations and
strategic partnerships. She has harnessed the playful and cheeky storytelling that defines the
Virgin brand, blending it with a distinctive Vegas flair to craft a unique identity for the property.
She was instrumental in crafting the engaging and playful messaging for the property’s all-new
resort and casino loyalty program, Cherry Rewards. Her comprehensive marketing plan targets
both local and out-of-market guests, utilizing a variety of mediums to maximize reach and
impact. Under her leadership, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas has successfully transitioned from a
house of brands to a branded house.
Prior to joining Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Litavis led the marketing efforts for the opening of
Resorts World Las Vegas. She managed crisis communications during the COVID-19 pandemic
and oversaw the production of a state-of-the-art television commercial that debuted during the
2021 Academy Awards, featuring global music stars and launching the “Stay Fabulous”
campaign. Litavis also developed a first-of-its-kind out-of-home program for the resort’s digital
signage, generating significant ad revenue.
At Resorts World Las Vegas, Litavis collaborated with major brands like Hilton and AEG
Presents, developing impactful marketing strategies. Her efforts secured over 1.8 billion media
impressions and record-breaking earned media opportunities.
Litavis began her career in model management and business development before moving to
Las Vegas to manage marketing and special events at Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce. She then
worked as an account manager at The Wagner/Junker Agency, overseeing marketing strategies
and social media initiatives.
From 2009 to 2016, Litavis served as vice president of brand marketing for Palms Casino
Resort, where she developed a consistent creative vision across marketing channels. In 2017,
she became vice president of brand strategy at Luxor Hotel & Casino, supporting the property
brand and creating a cohesive customer journey while liaising with key entertainment partners.
