Adam Wilde is the CEO and owner of TRG Multimedia, a full-service production powerhouse that delivers photo, video, and CGI content for national brands. After a career in music and recording, Adam started as a photo assistant in 2004. He climbed the ranks at TRG, mastering every aspect of production and spearheading the launch of TRG’s video services. In 2013, he took the helm during a pivotal moment, transforming the company through a relentless focus on culture, service, process, and innovation.

Under Adam’s leadership, TRG has seen explosive growth: expanding from a 15,000 sq. ft. facility to a cutting-edge 160,000 sq. ft. campus, growing the team from 25 to over 85 professionals, and boosting revenue by 500%. He’s diversified TRG’s client base to include top-tier national and global brands in retail, e-commerce, and corporate sectors. Key milestones include relocating TRG to a state-of-the-art facility in Brooklyn, OH, launching TRG Sound & Vision in 2023 with industry veterans Ryan Kelly and Geoff Yaw to produce original films, documentaries, and series, and introducing a virtual production wall in 2024 with Director of Innovation Ryan Hardy to redefine creative possibilities.
