All booth staff must be registered to gain access to the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitor badges grant access to the Exhibit Hall before and after-hours. Exhibitors do not need to register specific individuals for session passes which grant access to educational sessions at NAB Show. Once session passes are picked up at registration on site, they may be shared among staff. See the Badge Types section for more details.
Exhibitors receive the following pass allotments:
- 8 Exhibitor Badges per 100 sq. ft. (9 sq. m) of booth space purchased
- Conference Flex Passes (see badge types section below)
- Unlimited Manufacturer Representative Badges
- Unlimited Guest Passes (see guest pass section below)
All other Staff working the event must purchase an Exhibitor Badge for $25. Show Management reserves the right to change this allotment at any time.

U.S. Visa Application
The process of attaining a U.S. visa can be long and difficult. Review these important tips to maximize your chances of submitting a successful application and to ensure your travel to NAB Show goes smoothly.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs)
If you hire any vendors other than our exclusive and preferred vendors, you must register each company as an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC). EACs will ONLY be granted access to the Exhibit Hall if the EAC is registered via the online portal and Show Management has approved the Certificate of Insurance (COI) on file.
The Exhibitor Badge is for Booth Staff working the event. Exhibitor Badges may not be used for outside vendors doing work in your booth. If NAB Staff see that you are using Exhibitor Badges for non-booth Staff, NAB has the right to revoke the badges.
The Manufacturer Representative Badge is typically for a sales agent who independently sells an exhibiting company’s products, is not a direct employee of the exhibiting company, and may represent multiple companies. Manufacturer Representatives have restricted access to the Hall starting on Sunday, April 8 at Noon.
The Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor Badge is required for any vendors you hire other than one of our Exclusive or Preferred Vendors. Learn more
The Conference Flex Pass gives your Staff access to 200+ education sessions. Conference Flex Passes are transferable and can be picked up onsite at designated Registration locations. Passes cannot be redeemed for access to any sessions within Post|Production World, Field Workshops, Hands-On Training or separately ticketed events. View registration packages >>
Allotments are based on the amount of booth space purchased:
- 100–400 sq. ft.: 2 passes
- 401–900 sq. ft.: 5 passes
- 1,000–1,999 sq. ft.: 7 passes
- 2,000+ sq. ft.: 10 passes
All Exhibitors have a unique Guest Pass code. Share it with your clients and prospects so they can get a FREE Exhibits-only pass! Several programs are available to assist you in inviting your customers, including customizable Guest Pass email templates and Traffic Boost — a free, simple-to-use email distribution platform. Log into the Exhibitor Dashboard to obtain your Guest Pass code.
IMPORTANT CHANGE: Badges will not be mailed this year. Pre-scheduled group pick-up options will be added to this section closer to the Show.

Individual Badge Pick-Up: Exhibitors and Manufacturer Reps can pick up their individual badges and badge holders at ANY Registration location by presenting their registration confirmation and a valid photo ID. Exhibitors may pick up their Manufacturer Representatives’ badges on their behalf; however, a Manufacturer Representative may only pick up his/her own individual badge.
Group Badge Pick-Up: Group badge pick-up is available anytime during registration hours at designated Registration locations. Badges may be picked up in smaller batches or in their entirety by any registered Exhibitor. Once picked up, that Exhibitor is responsible for distributing badges to the respective registrants, and any necessary reprints will incur a $50 fee. Photo ID verification and proof of employment (i.e., business card) will be required for pick-up and reprints.
A $50 fee will apply per badge reprint. Badge corrections can be made free of charge by bringing the badge with the error to any designated Registration location.
