Media Partners, to include renewing Partners, are sent print and electronic ad materials in a Creative Media Package at the start of the Show's promotion cycle. This Pack includes all elements needed to promote NAB Show® as your part of the barter agreement. New Partners are sent materials upon acceptance to the Program.
The Media Partner Program consists of partnerships with 250 unique media brands. The distribution of the Creative Media Pack ensures that Partners receive ad material in time to fulfill their side of barter value – and run ads in a timeframe that is most beneficial to generating attendance for the NAB Show. Media Partners are expected to start inserting advertising on behalf of NAB Show once Creative Packs are received.
It is our goal to finalize all barter discussions by December 31, 2017, however, please know that NAB Show always assumes a renewal of agreements from Show year to Show year – and we will match all ad value provided by Partners in advance of barters being final if that should be the case. We appreciate your patience as we work to have one-on-one conversations with every Media Partner and are able to respond to all discussions and requests!
All creative elements are in a unique orangedox folder provided by us, for your publication, with standard and custom elements inside. It's in one convient place!
This folder link is sent via email by our design firm CSG and includes:
- Full page ads for print editions, customized to your specs
- Full page ads for use in digital editions
- Standard Size web banner ads, 728 x 90, 300 x 250, 468 x 60, and 160 x 600
- HTML creative for eBlasts to your subscriber list
- NAB Show logo and description for calendar listings
- Custom sizes and formats will always be provided upon request.
