Friday, April 5 at 5 p.m. - Lobby booths must be set
Sunday, April 7 at 2 p.m. - All freight must be clear and booths in the Exhibit Halls should be set.*
*After 2 p.m., Exhibitors can continue to put finishing touches on their exhibit. Show Management reserves the right to rent or fill unoccupied "no show" booth space and is not obligated to refund any fees.
All boxes/cartons must remain out of sight and Exhibitors may not dismantle their booth until move-out. Empty crates and containers will be delivered after aisle carpet is removed and no later than 8 a.m. on Friday, April 12. Exhibitor Appointed Contractors can access the hall starting at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 11.
Thursday, April 11 at 11 p.m. - All outdoor exhibitor materials must be removed.
Saturday, April 13 at 5 p.m. - All indoor exhibitor materials must be removed.
Each exhibitor at NAB Show has their own dedicated sales representative on the Exhibit Sales Team to assist with your space needs. Once you begin building out your exhibit space, you’ll have the Exhibit Services Team at your disposal to assist with any show planning and logistical questions.
In addition to NAB Show staff, you can also tap into the knowledge and expertise of our Exhibitor Advisory Committee. This group of fellow exhibitors will help maximize your experience at the Show – feel free to ask them questions on best practices and more.
