Exhibitor Registration

No one will be granted access to the exhibit hall without an official Show badge or pass. Learn about the different badge types below to ensure everyone is registered appropriately.

Please take special note:

  • Persons with an Attendee Badge will not be permitted entry into the Hall outside published Hall hours.
  • No one under the age of 16 is permitted at any point.

Badge Types, Passes and Allotments

Exhibitor Badge

The Exhibitor Badge is for Booth Staff working the event and gives access to the Exhibit Hall before and after Show hours. Exhibitor Badges may not be used for outside vendors doing work in your booth. If Show Management sees that you are using Exhibitor Badges for non-booth Staff, Show Management has the right to revoke the badges.

Allotment: 8 Exhibitor Badges per 100 sq. ft. (9 sq. m) of booth space purchased.

All other Staff working the event must purchase an Exhibitor Badge for $25. Show Management reserves the right to change this allotment at any time.

Manufacturer Representative Badge

The Manufacturer Representative Badge is typically for a sales agent who independently sells an exhibiting company’s products, is not a direct employee of the exhibiting company, and may represent multiple companies. Manufacturer Representatives have restricted access to the Hall.

Guest Pass

Offer your customers and prospects access to the Show Floor with your company's unique discount code and customizable marketing tools. Through this program, you'll not only offer a benefit to your buyers, but it can also win you incredible prizes and get you a list of qualified leads.

Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor Badge

The Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor (EAC) Badge is required for any vendors you hire other than one of our Exclusive or Preferred Vendors. EACs will ONLY be granted access to the Exhibit Hall if the EAC is registered via the online portal and Show Management has approved the Certificate of Insurance (COI) on file.

Session Pass

The Session Pass gives your Staff access to 200+ education sessions. Exhibitors do not need to register specific individuals for session passes. Once session passes are picked up at any registration counter on site, they may be shared among staff.

Allotment: Based on the amount of booth space purchased:

  • 100 – 400 sq. ft.: 2 passes
  • 401 – 900 sq. ft.: 5 passes
  • 1,000 – 1,999 sq. ft.: 7 passes
  • 2,000+ sq. ft.: 10 passes

Picking Up Your Badges

Badges will not be mailed. View registration and access hours and locations.

Individual Badge Pick-Up

Exhibitors and Manufacturer Reps can pick up their individual badges and badge holders at any Registration location by presenting their registration confirmation and a valid photo ID. Exhibitors may pick up their Manufacturer Representatives’ badges on their behalf; however, a Manufacturer Representative may only pick up his/her own individual badge.

Group Badge Pick-Up

Walk-in group badge pick-up is available during move-in registration hours at S1, N4 and C102. Group badge pick-up is available anytime during registration hours at designated Registration locations. Badges may be picked up in smaller batches or in their entirety by any registered Exhibitor. Once picked up, that Exhibitor is responsible for distributing badges to the respective registrants, and any necessary reprints will incur a $50 fee. Photo ID verification and proof of employment (i.e., business card) will be required for pick-up and reprints.

Badge Reprints

A $50 fee will apply per badge reprint. Badge corrections can be made free of charge by bringing the badge with the error to any Registration location.
