Get Started – Know Your Booth Size & Type

Packages are specific to booth size.  Log into the Exhibitor Dashboard and go to the Booth Information tile to view your booth size. If you are unsure which package you purchased, reach out to your sales representative, Ben Gill.

Graphics

Custom wall graphics are available at the exhibitor's expense and can be ordered through Freeman; prices vary depending on requirements and materials. Final graphic files are due Friday, March 8, so you should start the ordering process in early February. Files submitted after this date will have a 35% surcharge.

Material Handling

Unlimited material handling is included, meaning the movement of materials from the Freeman Warehouse* or the loading dock to and from your booth during move-in and out. This is an exclusive service provided by Freeman. Click here to learn more.

*There are separate storage charges if you ship to the Freeman Advance Warehouse. Shipping must be arranged separately and is at the Exhibitor’s expense.

Move-in

Turnkey booths will be set in advance of your assigned target move-in. You can look up your Target Move-in on the Exhibit Services page in the "Prepare" section
