NAB Show provides various amenities to its Attendees to ensure their experience is as successful as possible. Sponsorship of one of these services aligns your company with a valuable area of the Show for Attendees. Exposure in this way is unavailable in any other sponsorship offered at NAB Show.

Outdoor Festivals

Use our outdoor spaces to extend your brand or booth impact by engaging with thousands of attendees who will travel through our Orange Lot, just outside the C4 exit connecting the Central and South Halls or grab attention of attendees with a sponsorship in our Silver Lot across from the entrance to the convention center.  Sponsors have a chance to interact with attendees visiting the food trucks, beer gardens and partaking in the festivities outside the show floor. Sponsors can customize this space and NAB will work with you to maximize branding and drive attendees.  Sponsorship includes extensive branding of the entire area, a private lounge area for you to entertain your VIP’s, digital and onsite promotion around your participation.  Beer Gardens are open to all attendees and offer opportunities to purchase food and beverage.  Sponsors may elect to arrange for F&B, drink tickets, specialty tasting experiences, etc. Let NAB Show help bring your vision to life!

Young Professionals (YoPro) @ NAB Show

The YOPRO program launched last year with great success and is back primed to be bigger and better. The NAB Show Young Professionals Program brought together more than 400 Young Professionals ranging in ages from 21 to 35 years old. Its mission is to provide Young Professionals a powerful and diverse industry network and specific programming to enhance their NAB Show experience.  We can customize a sponsorship around your goals for this audience. Food Truck Rental – $2,500 per day + cost of menu items selected to sponsor

Give your VIP’s a place to go and grab a bite on “you”. NAB Show hosts several food truck options in our outdoor areas that you could provide a pop up banner to drive traffic to your booth after their meal as well as sponsor a select # of food vouchers to give out to clients. NAB Show will supply list of vendors and then print tickets for your guests noting your sponsorship for the select day or duration of show.


NAB Radio & TV Members Lounge - $16,000

This exclusive lounge provides a sponsor the opportunity to maximize face time and impressions with NAB’s Television and Radio Members. Sponsoring this Lounge will give you direct access to NAB members and provides a space to host your own meetings.


Registration Area - $35,000

Aside from Attendees picking up their badges, this area will also host the NAB Store, a Concession and Lounge for use throughout the Show. After Monday, 75% of the registration counters will turn into workstation/charging desks for Attendees to use. Your brand will be included within the décor of the main registration area, counters as well as on our remote pop-up reg counters within the LVCC Monorail Station and outside Central Hall’s entrance. Extensive online branding pre-show, mention within confirmation emails to attendees, signage and the option for the sponsor to be able to station representatives to distribute a flyer or small promotion item to attendees as they pick up their badges. Information Centers - $10,000

Includes North Lobby, Grand Lobby, South Bridge and South Lower Lobby

Information Centers are the hub of activity at NAB Show. Attendants will be on hand to assist Attendees with questions while also distributing the Show Planners and your promotional materials. As the sponsor your logo will be incorporated into the design of the structure and you may also opt to provide video monitors to run your corporate message though out the event.


International Trade Center - $10,000

More than 27,000 international attendees visit NAB each year. The ITC provides translators, meeting rooms, electronic import/export matching, assistance from the Department of Commerce’s International Buyer Program and a lounge area for attendees to connect. Sponsors will receive logo recognition within the ITC Lounge and your promotional materials may be placed throughout the venue. Sponsors can also inquire about hosting their own event within the ITC. Separate pricing would apply.


Newsroom - $15,000

Launching new products? Get your brand in front of 1,200+ domestic and international press expected at NAB Show by sponsoring the newsroom. Garner maximum exposure to the media covering the event and showcase your expertise. Sponsorship includes the opportunity to distribute promotional items and to have your logo set as the screensaver on all monitors.
