Advertising and Sponsorship Services

Companies utilizing any of the following elements must submit the applicable forms to NAB Show by the listed deadline. It is very important we are aware of plans in advance so that we can prepare accordingly.

Important - Please Read

Material Handling:  We recommend sponsors ship all materials to the Freeman Warehouse and schedule the material's arrival for no later than April 11. Sponsors may also ship materials directly to Show Site, starting April 17. To ensure proper delivery, materials must be received at least 24 hours prior to the sponsored event.

If you are both an Exhibitor and a Sponsor, please ship exhibit and sponsorship materials separately.  If exhibit materials are shipped with sponsorship labels, you will be charged handling fees.  Handling charges will also apply for retrieval of sponsored items in the exhibit booth.

  • Welcome Video - contact Becca Sizemore for submission instructions.
    • Maximum length: 30 seconds
    • AVI or MPG file and 16:9 ratio is preferred
    • Deadline: March 16, 2017. If not submitted by this date, sponsor forfeits the opportunity to provide a video.
  • Pop-up Banner and Promotional Materials
  • Web Banner (180 x 650, .jpeg, .gif or .png)
  • Logo on session screens, website and onsite signage.
     

Gold Level

Info Sessions

Content and panelists are determined by the sponsor. Equipment provided and additional information can be found at the bottom of the Info Session Theater Listing Form

Sponsor to provide:

  • Info Session title to be used on the NAB Show Website and the printed NAB Show Guide
    • Deadline: February 20, 2017. Titles sent after this date will not be included in the Guide
  • Info Session title, description and panelists (bios and headshots) to be displayed on the NAB Show website.
    • Deadline: April 10, 2017. Any information OR changes to information already posted on the website will not be accepted after this date. Please note, it is recommended to send this information well before the due date to get maximum exposure for the session.
  • Sponsor may provide Pop-Up Banners to be displayed or Promotional Materaials to be distributed at the session
    • Deadline: March 24, 2017

Partner Super Sessions

Sponsor representative participates fully in super session (Participant must be approved by NAB in advance)
