All Exhibitors receive a free Directory Listing in the printed Program and Exhibit Guide and online as part of myNAB Show. The Program and Exhibit Guide is the official Directory that NAB Show Attendees turn to for information on Exhibitors, Conference schedules, Session descriptions and Special Events. Online Directory Listings can be viewed by Attendees in myNAB Show, the Attendee planning tool for pre-show and onsite. Exhibitors are encouraged to complete this Listing as soon as possible. The deadline to submit a Directory Listing for inclusion in the printed Program and Exhibit Guide is February 20, 2013.
If you are a returning Exhibitor, you must login and update your listing. Otherwise, your former listing will be printed.

The confidentiality and safety of the Exhibitor's password is the responsibility of the individual listed as the Official Exhibitors Logistics Contact per the executed NAB Show Exhibit Space Contract. All inquiries regarding password information will be directed to the Official Exhibitors Logistics Contact only. NAB Show reserves the right to reset the Exhibitor's password.
Each Exhibitor is responsible for truthfully and accurately entering data into and maintaining their Company Listing. Show Management shall not be responsible for any delays or outages in the display of such Listing or any inaccuracies in the Listing.
Show Management reserves the right to remove any Exhibitor's Listing for failure to comply with any or all terms or guidelines set forth in this manual or the Exhibit Space Contract. Data or text may also be removed if deemed inappropriate.
Add an additional Listing to the print and online Directories to highlight specific products and other divisions within your company. You may alter any aspect of the entry except the physical address and booth number listed on your company's Exhibitor Contract. The additional Listing components are the same as the basic Listing included with your booth purchase.
To submit an additional Listing, complete the Additional Listing Form and submit to your Sales Manager via email or fax to (202) 429-4180. All additional Listings must be approved by NAB Show Management.
