Registration and housing

Coat check locations are provided for your convenience at the business centers located in the Central and South Hall lobbies.

A nurse or paramedic will be on duty at each first aid station.
Central Lobby, North Hall, South Hall
If you have any questions, one of our many staff members will be happy to assist you at any of these counters. Lanyards, the official Program and Exhibit Guide and Floor Planners will be distributed at these centers.
Always a favorite keepsake, make sure you get yours before they are all gone. Look for distribution bins in the lobbies and Registration areas.

NAB Show Daily News
NAB Show Daily News, the official newspaper of NAB Show, is published Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at the LVCC, the Las Vegas Hotel and Casino and official Show hotels.
NAB Show Store
Central Lobby and South Hall Lower Lobby
Located between North and Central Halls in the Grand Lobby and new this year in the lower lobby of the South Halls, NAB Show Store boasts a wide selection of publications and merchandise.
Trade Publication Bins
Pick up a free copy of one of many industry publications available onsite. View a list of Media Partners that NAB Show partners with to provide Attendees with the latest coverage of the Media and Entertainment industry here.
You will find large electronic directories placed throughout the LVCC. When in doubt, look for them to get your bearings straight.
NAB Show is pleased to provide complimentary wireless internet access in several hot spots throughout the Show Floor. The LVCC and SmartCity provide free wireless Internet access in all common areas (off the Show Floor) of the LVCC.
Info Counters, Central Concourse
Sign language interpreters, large print materials and special maps are available for attendees with special needs.
ADA Shuttle Transportation
Complimentary ADA-accessible shuttle bus service will be available. To request ADA-accessible shuttle service pre-show, onsite and/or post-show, please contact Transportation Management Services at (866) 283-6225.

ADA Sign Language Interpreters
Sign language interpreters are available to our Attendees who require them. For more information, please contact Show Management at (202) 775-2559 or via email.
Manual and motorized chairs are available for a per day fee through Scootaround Inc., the exclusive provider of scooter rentals in the LVCC. To reserve your wheelchair now, please call Scootaround at (888) 441-7575. Scootaround is also located in the Grand Lobby (between Central and North Halls) of the LVCC next to the FedEx Office.
