Suite Policy
You must be an NAB Show® Exhibitor, Sponsor, or NAB Station Member to reserve a Suite at the Encore, Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, Renaissance Las Vegas, and/or Wynn Las Vegas hotels. NAB Associate Members may reserve a suite at any NAB Show property, excluding the Las Vegas Hotel and Casino and the Renaissance Las Vegas.

Surcharge Policy
All suite requests require a non-refundable surcharge, in addition to the Suite deposit, which must be received at the time of your request. Exhibitors are not required to pay the surcharge. For detailed information on the surcharges and Suite rates, please download the Suite Reservation Form.

Meeting Space

Policy
You must be an NAB Show Exhibitor, Sponsor, or NAB Station Member to reserve meeting space at the Encore, Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, Renaissance Las Vegas, and/or Wynn Las Vegas. NAB Associate members may request meeting space at any NAB Show property, excluding the Las Vegas Hotel and Casino and the Renaissance Las Vegas.

Your request for meeting space should not conflict with exhibit hours and/or convention programming.

All requests are subject to availability. Due to a limited inventory of meeting space, NAB Show reserves the right to limit the number of rooms occupied by any one company.
