Registering with a Delegation

Each Delegation will be assigned a unique Delegation ID Code to use when registering for the NAB Show. Registering with this Delegation ID Code ensures that Delegates receive the proper discount rates and enables the Delegation Leader to track who has registered from their group.

There are two options when registering with a Delegation; Delegation Leaders can register each member of the Delegation, or each Delegate can register individually. If individual Delegates wish to register themselves, please make sure they know to use the correct Delegation ID Code to access the proper online Registration Form.

Delegates can register for the Conference Flex Pass or SMART Pass at the discounted Partner Rate. If your Delegation includes a group of three or more people from the same organization, you may want to advise them that they can save even more money by joining the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) as an International Member.
