Important Note: Onsite Media Partner Structure Artwork is due March 12.

All deadlines for artwork submission, registration, publication shipping, Complimentary Booth Space contracts and furniture orders are posted in this area. NAB Show® is not responsible for providing elements to Media Partners in cases where submission deadlines have been missed. Media Partners are responsible for any late fees associated with late artwork submission for elements that are provided onsite through the Show decorator, Freeman.

*No deliveries of publications will be accepted between April 2 – 9, 2012
*Media Partners must advise NAB Show in advance if they plan to hand-carry publications to the show.

**After March 12, 2012, all graphics submitted for Onsite Structures associated with Expanded Media Partner barters will be subjected to the following late fees:

  • Football Towers – $1,850
  • Mini Towers – $650
  • Upgraded Publication Bins – $375
  • 2M Banners – $550
